A. She founded the various Eagle organizations, starting in about 1967. Each has a different purpose and tax status. Some rogue directors attempted to take over one of the, the Eagle Forum c4, with a lawsuit in April 2016 to oust her. She spent the last 6 months of her life trying to elect Donald Trump, keeping the conservative planks in the Republican platform, and defending against the lawsuit. She died on Sept. 5, 2016.

A. The donor needs to specify who should get it. A check to the Eagle Forum c3 is a tax-deductible donation to a Phyllis-Schlafly-loyal organization, a check to Eagle Trust Fund gets a Phyllis Schlafly Report subscription, a check to the Eagle Forum c4 goes to the Martin/Trump haters (pending legal action), a check to Phyllis Schlafly's American Eagles goes to the new c4 organization started by Phyllis Schlafly and led by Ed Martin, and checks to the political action committees go to candidates for office.
